أكتب عن كينزو تانغه بصفتي معمارياً قبل أن أكون راوياً.
I write about Kenzo Tange as an architect before being a narrator.
فالعمارة بالنسبة إليّ ليست صوراً جميلةً نمر أمامها.
For me, architecture is not a collection of beautiful images.
إنها سجلٌّ للأمم، ومرآةٌ للقيم، وشهادةٌ على الزمن.
It is a record of nations, a mirror of values, and testimony to time.
وعندما أقرأ تانغه، لا أبحث فقط عن جمال الكتلة.
When I read Tange, I do not search only for beauty of form.
