هذه القصائد ليست شرحًا،
These poems are not an explanation,
ولا إعادة قراءة تقليدية،
Nor a conventional re-reading,
بل هي محاولة أدبية–جمالية
But a literary–aesthetic attempt
للسير في الطريق الذي فتحه لنا الشهيد سيد قطب،
To walk the path opened for us by the martyred thinker Sayyid Qutb,
ذلك الذي علّمنا أن القرآن
He who taught us that the Qur’an
ليس كتاب أحكامٍ وحدها،
Is not merely a book of rulings,
بل كتاب فنّ وإيقاع وصور حية،
But a book of art, rhythm, and living imagery,
وأن الكلمة القرآنية
And that the Qur’anic word
 
ليست صوتًا يُتلى فحسب،
Is not merely a sound recited,
بل لونٌ يُرى،
But a color seen,
ومشهدٌ يُتصوَّر،
A scene imagined,
ولوحةٌ تتجلّى أمام القلب قبل العين.
A painting revealed to the heart before the eye.

From his timeless work Artistic Imagery in the Qur’an,
أخذتُ الفكرة الأولى،
I took the first idea,
ومن رؤيته العميقة
From his profound vision
استلهمتُ منهج هذه الملحمة،
I drew the method of this poetic epic,
ثم مضيتُ في دربٍ موازٍ،
Then I continued on a parallel path,
أبني الصور بالكلمات،
Building images with words,
وأجعل من الآيات لوحاتٍ شعرية،
Turning verses into poetic canvases,
علّ هذا العمل يكون امتدادًا أدبيًا
So that this work may be a literary continuation
لتلك المدرسة القرآنية الرفيعة،
Of that elevated Qur’anic school,
وهدية وفاءٍ
And a gift of fidelity
لرجلٍ جاهد بفكره ولسانه،
To a man who strove with his thought and his voice,
وترك للأجيال طريقًا
And left for generations a pathway
يرون فيه القرآن
Where they may see the Qur’an
كعالمٍ نابض بالجمال،
As a world pulsing with beauty,
لا ككتاب يُقرأ فقط،
Not merely a book to be recited,
بل كحياة تُعاش،
But a life to be lived,
وروحٍ تُستنشق،
A spirit to be breathed,
ونورٍ لا ينطفئ.
And a light that never fades.
