Terror was never merely a weapon.لم يكن الإرهاب مجرد سلاح.

It was an idea searching for frightened minds.بل كان فكرةً تبحث عن عقولٍ خائفة.

Before it destroys cities, it occupies imagination.قبل أن يدمر المدن، يحتل الخيال.

Before it spills blood, it poisons meaning.وقبل أن يسفك الدم، يسمم المعنى.

Every act of terror begins with a story.كل فعلٍ إرهابي يبدأ بحكاية.

A story dividing humanity into absolute opposites.حكاية تقسم البشر إلى نقيضين مطلقين.

"This is absolute truth.""هذه هي الحقيقة المطلقة."

"That is absolute evil.""وذلك هو الشر المطلق."

The moment complexity disappears, violence becomes easier.وحين تختفي التعقيدات، يصبح العنف أسهل.

Terror does not simply seek victims.الإرهاب لا يبحث عن ضحايا فقط.

Fear spreads farther than fire.الخوف ينتشر أبعد من النار.

One explosion may last seconds.قد يستمر الانفجار ثواني.

Its echo may survive generations.لكن صداه قد يعيش أجيالًا.

Fear builds invisible prisons.الخوف يبني سجونًا خفية.

Who is the terrorist?من هو الإرهابي؟

Only the one who plants the bomb?هل هو فقط من يزرع القنبلة؟

Or also the one who glorifies hatred?أم أيضًا من يمجد الكراهية؟

The one who dehumanizes others?ومن ينزع إنسانية الآخرين؟

The one who convinces children that murder is destiny?ومن يقنع الأطفال أن القتل قدر؟

Terror wears many masks.للإرهاب أقنعة كثيرة.

Sometimes it carries a rifle.أحيانًا يحمل بندقية.

Sometimes it carries a microphone.وأحيانًا يحمل ميكروفونًا.

Sometimes it hides behind a flag.وأحيانًا يختبئ خلف راية.

Sometimes it hides behind beautiful words.وأحيانًا يختبئ خلف كلمات جميلة.

Its oldest fuel has never changed.أما وقوده الأقدم فلم يتغير.

Fear.الخوف.

Ignorance.الجهل.

Hatred.الكراهية.

The antidote has never changed either.ولم يتغير العلاج أيضًا.

Truth without fanaticism.الحقيقة بلا تعصب.

Justice without revenge.والعدالة بلا انتقام.

Strength without cruelty.والقوة بلا قسوة.

Humanity without exception.والإنسانية بلا استثناء.

The final battle is not fought in streets alone.المعركة الأخيرة لا تُخاض في الشوارع وحدها.

It begins inside every human conscience.بل تبدأ داخل ضمير كل إنسان.

For every act of terror is born twice.لأن كل فعلٍ إرهابي يولد مرتين.

First inside a poisoned mind.أولًا داخل عقلٍ مسموم.

Then upon the face of the world.ثم على وجه العالم.

The safest city is not the one with the highest walls.أكثر المدن أمانًا ليست صاحبة أعلى الجدران.

It is the one where fear never becomes a way of life.بل التي لا يتحول فيها الخوف إلى أسلوب حياة.

Because the greatest victory over terror is not revenge.لأن أعظم انتصار على الإرهاب ليس الانتقام.

It is refusing to surrender our humanity.بل رفض التخلي عن إنسانيتنا.
