كانت سورية تمشي داخل مرآةٍ مكسورة،

Syria walked inside a shattered mirror,

كلُّ شظيةٍ تقول: أنا الأصل.

Each shard said: I am the origin.

التنوّع نام في الجيوب،

Diversity slept in pockets,

وصحا كسكينٍ بلا مقبض.

And woke as a handleless knife.

حين تكلّم الورق،

When paper spoke,

صرخ اللونُ أعلى من المعنى.

Color screamed louder than meaning.

حُذفت الأصفار،

Zeros were erased,

لكن الخوف حاول البقاء بالحبر.

Yet fear tried to remain in ink.

سقط وجهان عن الورقة،

Two faces fell from the note,

فتعثّرت الذاكرة ولم تعتذر.

Memory stumbled and did not apologize.

العملة لم تكن رمزًا،

The currency was not a symbol,

كانت امتحانًا لمن يجرؤ أن يثق.

It was a test for those who dare to trust.

سورية تعبر الآن بين لونين،

Syria now crosses between two colors,

وتسأل: من يرى الوطن… بلا إطار؟

Asking: who sees the nation—without a frame?

ثم انقلب الورق ضوءًا،

Then the paper turned into light,

لا لأن الحبر تغيّر،

Not because the ink changed,

بل لأن العين تعلّمت كيف ترى.

But because the eye learned how to see.

الأرقام خرجت من أسرها،

Numbers stepped out of captivity,

ومشت بلا عكّازات.

Walking without crutches.

الأصفار التي سقطت

The zeros that fell

لم تُحذف…

Were not deleted…

بل أُعيدت إلى الفراغ الذي جاءت منه.

They were returned to the void they came from.

العملة رفعت رأسها أخيرًا،

The currency finally lifted its head,

وقالت: لستُ خلاصكم،

And said: I am not your salvation,

أنا اختبار عبور.

I am a passage test.

ومن عبر،

And whoever crossed,

لم يحمل اللون معه،

Did not carry the color with him,

بل حمل المعنى.

But carried meaning.

سورية لم تلمع،

Syria did not shine,

سورية توازنت.

Syria balanced.

والتوازن،

And balance,

حين يأتي بعد السقوط،

When it comes after a fall,

يُسمّى بداية.

Is called a beginning.
