ليست الشعارات رسومات عابرة.Emblems are never simple drawings.

وليست زينة فوق الوثائق.Nor decorations upon documents.

إنها عمارةٌ للفكرة.They are architecture of ideas.

وصورةٌ مكثفة للأمة.A condensed image of nations.

وحين تغيّر الأمم شعاراتها.When nations change emblems.

فهي تعيد تعريف ذاتها.They redefine themselves.

وتعيد كتابة حكايتها.And rewrite their story.

في اللحظة التي ظهر فيها العقاب.The moment the eagle appeared.

لم يتغير طائر فقط.Not only a bird changed.

بل تغير خطابٌ كامل.An entire narrative changed.

وتحولت لغةٌ رمزية.A symbolic language transformed.

من الماضي إلى المستقبل.From past toward future.

الشكل ليس تفصيلًا ثانويًا.Form is never secondary.

بل هو فلسفة صامتة.It is silent philosophy.

تنطق عبر الصورة.Speaking through imagery.

وتعبر عن الوعي الجمعي.Expressing collective consciousness.

كل حضارة اختارت رموزها.Every civilization chose symbols.

لتقول من تكون.To declare who it is.

وماذا تريد أن تصبح.And what it seeks.

فالشعار ليس رسمًا.An emblem is not drawing.

بل مشروع معنى.It is a project of meaning.

العقاب في المخيال الإنساني.The eagle in human imagination.

رمزٌ للرؤية البعيدة.Represents far-reaching vision.

يرتفع فوق الضباب.Rising above uncertainty.

ويرى قبل الآخرين.Seeing before others.

ويصعد حيث تعجز الأجنحة.Ascending where wings fail.

إنه طائر القمم.It is the bird of summits.

لا طائر السهول المنخفضة.Not of low plains.

ولا صديق المستنقعات.Nor companion of swamps.

إنه يختار الأعالي.It chooses heights.

كما تختار الحضارات أهدافها.As civilizations choose ambitions.

في العمارة نتعلم دائمًا.In architecture we learn.

أن المكان يعكس الفكر.Place reflects thought.

وأن البناء يعكس الرؤية.Construction reflects vision.

فكما يبني الإنسان مدينته.As humanity builds cities.

يبني الرمز معناه أيضًا.Symbols build meaning too.

العقاب لا يسكن القاع.The eagle avoids valleys.

بل يختار القمم الصعبة.Choosing difficult peaks.

وهذا درس معماري.This is an architectural lesson.

قبل أن يكون بيولوجيًا.Before being biological.

فالمدينة العظيمة لا تولد.Great cities are not born.

في مناطق الراحة.Inside comfort zones.

بل في مناطق التحدي.But in challenge zones.

حيث الإرادة أقوى.Where will is stronger.

وحيث الرؤية أوضح.And vision clearer.

المعمار الحقيقي كذلك.True architecture behaves similarly.

لا يبحث عن الأسهل.It does not seek ease.

بل عن الأنسب والأبقى.But what endures longest.

ولهذا تبنى القلاع.That is why fortresses rise.

فوق الجبال العالية.Upon high mountains.

ولهذا ارتفعت المنارات.That is why minarets rose.

فوق المدن التاريخية.Above historic cities.

فالارتفاع ليس غرورًا.Height is not arrogance.

بل بحثٌ عن الرؤية.It is pursuit of vision.

والعقاب رمزٌ للرؤية.The eagle symbolizes vision.

ورمزٌ للإرادة أيضًا.And symbolizes determination.

أجمل ما في العقاب.The most remarkable aspect.

أنه لا يستعير قوته.Is that it borrows none.

ولا يعيش على غيره.Nor depends upon others.

بل يصنع طريقه.It creates its path.

ويشق فضاءه الخاص.Carving its own sky.

وهذه رسالة عميقة.This is a profound message.

لكل أمة تسعى.For every aspiring nation.

إلى النهوض من جديد.To rise again.

في العمارة الإسلامية تحديدًا.In Islamic architecture especially.

لا قيمة للشكل وحده.Form alone holds no value.

بل لمعناه ووظيفته.Meaning and function matter.

وهذا ينطبق على الرموز.The same applies to symbols.

فأفضل الشعارات ليست الأجمل.The finest emblems are not prettiest.

بل الأكثر صدقًا.But the most truthful.

والأكثر قدرة على الإلهام.And most inspiring.

إن الأمة التي تختار.A nation choosing.

رمز الصعود والتجدد.A symbol of ascent.

تعلن رغبتها الصامتة.Declares a silent desire.

في تجاوز الانكسارات.To transcend setbacks.

وتجاوز حدود الأمس.And surpass yesterday.

فالعقاب لا يلتفت كثيرًا.The eagle rarely looks back.

إلى ما خلفه.At what lies behind.

بل يركز على الأفق.It focuses on horizons.

وهذه أيضًا فلسفة بناء.This too is architecture.

فالمدن الناجحة لا تعيش.Successful cities do not live.

في ذاكرة الماضي فقط.Only within memory.

بل تستفيد منه.They learn from it.

ثم تتجاوزه نحو الغد.Then move beyond it.

والشعار في النهاية.In the end, an emblem.

ليس حبرًا على ورق.Is not ink on paper.

بل عقدًا رمزيًا.But a symbolic covenant.

بين الأمة ومستقبلها.Between nation and future.

وبين الذاكرة والطموح.Between memory and ambition.

وبين ما كان.Between what was.

وما يمكن أن يكون.And what may become.

فإذا حمل العقاب.If the eagle is carried.

بروح العمل والنهضة.With spirit of renewal.

والعلم والبناء.Knowledge and construction.

والأخلاق والمسؤولية.Ethics and responsibility.

فسيصبح أكثر من شعار.It becomes more than emblem.

سيصبح فكرة حية.It becomes a living idea.

ومشروعًا حضاريًا متكاملًا.A complete civilizational project.

وحينها فقط.Only then.

لن يكون العقاب صورة.The eagle will not be image.

بل طريقًا نحو القمة.But a path toward summits.

تمامًا كما ترتفع المدن العظيمة.Just as great cities rise.

من الحلم إلى الواقع.From dream to reality.

ومن الرمز إلى الحضارة.From symbol to civilization.
